Stampix is a state-of-the-art photo printing platform working for brands like Proximus, Nespresso, Martini, Luminus… and is used by thousands of consumers every week. We are looking for a highly motivated digital marketer who combines an excellent business acumen with thorough knowledge of modern digital (conversion) channels to build the best data-driven (inbound) strategies and to translate them into operational actions. You will work closely with the founders and play a crucial role in the ambitious plans to scale Stampix internationally.


You’re combining at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a fluency in Dutch or French and English, especially written. You have a decent knowledge of Facebook advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics and a strong affinity with technical marketing skills. You can look at things from a business perspective and you have a data-driven growth mindset, focused on experimentation, automation and results. We care more about an ambitious side project or an entrepreneurial initiative than we care about your degree.


Design experiments. Analyze. Prioritize. As a growth marketer, you’re able set up experiments in a structured and logical manner.


We’ve got a ton of content & cases waiting to be shared with potential customers. You’re able to think outside of the box, write compelling content and extract elements that resonate.


  • Build numerous experiments in a rapid manner, working closely with the founders and outbound sales team. 

  • Set up the infrastructure for analytics from scratch. 

  • Work with tools like Zapier, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign & Unbounce. Install Pixels and generate UTM tags. 

  • Analyze competitor conversion funnels and beat them in their own game. 

  • Launch new experiments based on the Pareto principle and common business sense. 

  • Set up A/B and multivariate testing methods. When someone mentions ‘statistical significance’ it immediately sparks your interest. 

  • Craft a highly converting landing page one day, build your own scraping tool the next. 

  • Find the right mix of online advertising channels for Stampix: Google Search, Google Display, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. 

  • Find ‘the winning recipe for conversion’ by optimizing both paid and organic traffic funnels.

  • Retarget, retarget, retarget. 

  • Write converting copy that sells. 

  • Implement the latest trends and never ever stop learning 😉
