How does Stampix work


How does the Stampix App work?

Download the Stampix App through the App Store or Googe Play Store on your smartphone. Register, use your first code, select your favourite pictures, confirm your address and let the magic do its work. You'll receive your pictures within the next 10 working days.


How is printing my photos free?

You don't need to pay thanks to your favourite brands who place lovely messages on the backside of your pictures! These brands want you to enjoy and relive your memories - in print. No worries, you won't notice a thing on the picture itself.


What happens to my photos after placing my order?

We take good care of your personal information and photos. Your personal information is securely stored and will only be used upon making sure you receive your pictures. The photos are printed and cut every Tuesday, packed on Wednesday and posted on Thursday.


How many pictures can I print?

You can choose between 5 large prints, 10 retro prints and 15 mini prints.


In which countries is Stampix available?

We're only active in Belgium so far! Help us grow & take over the world. Be positive, believe in us & good things will happen.

My Orders


Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel any orders.


How long will it take for me to receive my pictures?

It will take a minimum of 5 working days up to a maximum of 10 working days to receive your pictures at home. The photos are printed and cut every Tuesday, packed on Wednesday and posted on Thursday.


My pictures weren't delivered on the estimated delivery date?

No panic! The delivery date in the app is an estimation date. If in any case you haven't received your pictures after a week (starting from the estimated delivery date) you haven't received your pictures please go to https://support.stampix..com and fill in your details.


Can I change my personal details (such as name, address,...) after placing an order?

You can change your address if we haven't printed your pictures yet (on Tuesday). Go to https://support.stampix.com and fill in your details.

Codes & Payments


What are print codes?

Print codes allow you to print your pictures for free. Either we divide print codes through our Social Media channels (such as Facebook & Instagram) or our partners divide print codes in stores, on their website, in their loyalty program, ... or another channel.


How can I claim my first code?

Upon registering you'll receive a text message containing your personal print code. With this code you'll be able to print your favourite pictures.


How can I claim orther codes?

1) Register and make sure you've used your first personal code. 2) Follow us on Social media: Facebook & Instagram. 3) Add hello@stampix.com to your contact list in your email browser. That way our e-mails will never end up in your spam and you won't miss any codes! 4) Check our page to see if there are any more codes available.


What is a partner code?

A partner code is a code we give to our partner companies. Only if you're not a member of the Stampix community yet, this code will allow you to print your favourite picturs for the first time, for free. Check out our partner page & blogs.


how can I invite friends?

Thanks to the INVITE PRINT FRIENDS page you can invite all your friends to become a part of the Stampix community.


How can I pay?

Our service is free. If you don't have any print codes anymore and you cannot wait to print your favourite pictures, you can buy a WeForest print code for €5 and support their good cause. For every code you buy, we plant 5 trees in Zambia. Or you can buy a shipment code for €1,99.


What's the validity of the codes?

When you've received a print code we advise you to use it as quickly as possible. We always have a limited amount of codes available. As soon as the amount of codes are used, the campaign is finished and your code - although you claimed it - is not valid anymore. Do not safe up your codes or you'll risk losing them!


Why aren't my codes valid anymore?

There are multiple reasons: - The end date of the campaign has been reached. - The total amount of print codes are distributed and used. - Because you've registered a second account in your name --> which you're not allowed to do, - ....

What is WeForest?

Stampix supports WeForest, a company dedicated to planting trees. Buy a print code for €5 and we will plant 5 trees via WeForest in Zambia. If you want to know more, go to stampix.com/donate.


How can I become a Stampix Ambassador?

Send us an e-mail about why you want to become a Stampix ambassador and help us grow our community. If you share your pictures on Social Media, we'll give you a print code in return plus 2 extra codes for your best friends. If you don't want to miss any of our codes, activate your notifications of our Facebook group. Inspire us with your feedback & suggestions!


How does Stampix ensure the privacy of my data and photos?

Your personal information and photos are safely stored in our database and we treat al your information and photos carefully. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
