Jr. Sales Development Representative FR

 At Stampix we believe your best photos deserve a place in the real world. It’s our mission to make photoprinting fast, fun & free for everyone. Last year we printed & delivered over +3mio photos for free thanks to our partnering brands who advertise on the back of these photos. Our photo printing service can be integrated in loyalty programs, CRM or spread via Social Media. We’re a young dynamic company with HQ in Ghent, Belgium and proud to work for customers like Orange, Luminus, L’Oréal & Disney.

As your first job experience we will make sure you cover an intense training on the basics of sales & marketing. You will take a deep dive into the world of customer loyalty and brand engagement in order to become a crucial player in the sales team. You will work closely with and learn from more senior sales team members and report directly to our Founder & CEO.

You are responsible for generating qualitative sales leads and opportunities in France and the French speaking Belgian market. You will learn to identify the right companies, perform research and reach out with a creative message that convinces them to take on a call with us. By excelling in your role you will have a big impact on the company’s growth and lay the foundation for your own professional growth and an exciting career in sales.

PROSPECTING

Build lists of target customers. Connect, mail & call to set up meetings. Prepare demo’s and proposals with your Account Manager – and crack the champagne when you hit your monthly sales target!

STRATEGY

Brainstorm with the Sales Team on which strategy to use for different verticals & how to tailor your messages for maximum resonance. Keep track of your performance and never stop learning. You will become a master of the art and science of sales.

CREATIVE HACKS

Look for new ways to ensure a constant flow of qualitative leads. Send out samples and case studies to trigger inbound demand. Have fun while talking to potential customers at international events in our industry.

Skills

  • Recently graduated Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written French & English is essential
  • Analytical mind-set & results driven personality
  • The ability to be a self-starter in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
  • Knowledge of marketing terminology is considered a plus
  • Getting things done is your mantra
  • You can smile genuinely, even when you receive a ‘no’ : -)
