As a Customer Care & Accountancy Agent you will be assisting our Operations team at Stampix. You will join a fast-growing company and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will be the main point of contact for all Stampix customers when they have questions, problems or remarks.
- You will be responsible for an excellent customer service experience to all Stampix customers.
- You report user behaviour, errors and other technical problems.
- You will work very closely with our Management team to optimise the Stampix products and services.
