Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if your photos have not yet been printed. Contact us via our helpdesk.
It is not possible to return your photo products. However if you are not happy with the quality of your photo products, please email us within 14 days after receiving the order with a clear description of your complaint. You may be asked to send a photo by e-mail as proof.
We will reprint your product at no additional charge or refund the total production cost. The choice between these two options remains with Stampix.
This is not applicable to undelivered orders due to the customer's won negligence (e.g. incorrect delivery address, unknown postal address, or if the order was not picked up at the post office, etc).
